Lee Howe

Founder/Trainer

I’m Lee, a NASM and ISSA certified personal trainer as well as a USPA certified powerlifting coach who loves helping my clients achieve their goals and stop falling for misinformation. With 35 years in the field and multiple certifications (nutrition, youth, senior, bodybuilding and strength & conditioning), I’m here to help you.

My fitness journey began 35 years ago in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, when I started lifting weights with some friends. I found that I was naturally strong but have little willpower for eating the proper foods for building the kind of muscle for bodybuilding.
Later in life, I began powerlifting and have achieved a state record for the bench press in Florida.

The experience taught me that every person is unique and requires individualized training to meet their goals and this led me to become a personal trainer.

Today, I assist people to reach their goals safely and as enjoyable as possible. I can help the beginner learn the basics and the advanced  lifter to break through those plateaus. So, reach out and let’s chat about your goals and how I can help.

Let's team up and make your goals a reality!
